FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

· Develop finance policies and control frameworks relevant to business, regulatory and internal control requirements

· Proactively initiate cost management and business support, identify cost savings and efficiencies to improve the performance of the operations. Review and ensure the accuracy of account receivables, accounts payables and the prompt collection of debtors

· Accountable for all aspects of financial information including timely month-end and year-end closing processes, and to coordinate with tax professionals and external auditors

· Responsible for management reporting and analysis to highlight large deviations and to identify trends impacting financial performance, and to advise the Directors on findings and recommendations

· Assist the Directors in obtaining financing for major initiatives and to provide financial due-diligence for any M&A activities locally and regionally.

· Actively support Operations, HR, Legal and Administration in all Finance and Administrative matters when necessary.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications

· Regional exposure with minimum 8 years of solid working experience preferably in a production environment

· Familiar with Vietnamese accounting procedure is an advantage

· Good knowledge of local and international GAAPs and IFRS

· Experience in SAP system implementation and on-going improvement

· Must be able to travel at short notice

· Must be mature, self-motivated and able to work effectively with management and external parties

Senior Reservoir Engineer (CX 0002)

Initial 1 year contract with possible to renewal according to performance

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities :-

  • Carry out reservoir engineering studies for supporting PTTEP’s operating asset, S1, e.g. field optimization, reservoir simulation, etc.

  • Perform field evaluations for reserves improvement

  • Lead reservoir engineers in preparing field development plans and related studies such as reservoir simulation for new and existing projects

  • Optimize well planning in terms of pattern layouts, well spacing and drilling sequence

  • Supervise and coach junior reservoir engineers in monitoring and optimizing production


Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum/ Reservoir Engineering

  • 15 years experience in reservoir engineering in E&P Industry

  • 5 years experience in using black oil simulation, preferably Eclipse E100

  • Has experience in managing waterflood project(s), preferably experience in clastic-reservoir onshore oil field

  • Has experience in EOR project(s)

  • Familiarize with artificial lift applications esp. Gas Lift, ESP and Bean Pump

  • Has experience in managing team an coaching junior staff

  • Has experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English

Chief Operations Officer (Shipbuilding)

The Client

Our client is a large Asian group that provides shipbuilding, conversion and repair services of large vessels as well as design and fabrication of offshore installations for oil and gas industry. It has state-of-the art shipbuilding and fabrication facilities and is poised for exponential growth over the next 5 years.

To provide overall operational leadership, our client is looking for a highly experienced professional to join the team as :

Position : Chief Operations Officer (Shipbuilding)

Location : India

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overall operational leadership of shipyard and associated workshops.
  • Improvement in operational efficiency through effective control of resources.
  • Implementation of best-in-class processes and systems.
  • High-end Project Management
  • Management of customer relations
  • Ensuring adherence to quality systems and policies
  • Ensuring development and implementation of safety systems and standards
  • Cost control and monitoring
  • Training and development of operations personnel

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Naval/Marine/Offshore/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant industry experience of which at least 3~5 years in a operational leadership position
  • Experience in managing shipyard/drydocks as Head of Operations, or Production
  • Exposure to various areas of ship-building work including mechanical, steel and structural works.
  • Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability in operations control, people management and training & development.
  • Fluency in English
