Review and ensure the accuracy of account receivables, accounts payables and the prompt collection of debtors · Accountable for all aspects of financial information including timely month-end and year-end closing processes, and to coordinate with tax professionals and external auditors · Responsible for management reporting and analysis to highlight large deviations and to identify trends impacting financial performance, and to advise the Directors on findings and recommendations · Assist the Directors in obtaining financing for major initiatives and to provide financial due-diligence for any M&A activities locally and regionally. · Actively support Operations, HR, Legal and Administration in all Finance and Administrative matters when necessary. Senior Reservoir Engineer (CX 0002)
Initial 1 year contract with possible to renewal according to performance
Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities :-
- Carry out reservoir engineering studies for supporting PTTEP’s operating asset, S1, e.g. field optimization, reservoir simulation, etc.
- Perform field evaluations for reserves improvement
- Lead reservoir engineers in preparing field development plans and related studies such as reservoir simulation for new and existing projects
- Optimize well planning in terms of pattern layouts, well spacing and drilling sequence
- Supervise and coach junior reservoir engineers in monitoring and optimizing production
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum/ Reservoir Engineering
- 15 years experience in reservoir engineering in E&P Industry
- 5 years experience in using black oil simulation, preferably Eclipse E100
- Has experience in managing waterflood project(s), preferably experience in clastic-reservoir onshore oil field
- Has experience in EOR project(s)
- Familiarize with artificial lift applications esp. Gas Lift, ESP and Bean Pump
- Has experience in managing team an coaching junior staff
- Has experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Fluent in both spoken and written English

Position : Plant Manager – LLDPE Manufacturing Operations
Location : Major City, South Asia
Responsibilities :
The selected candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation and achieve targeted production and quality parameters in the most optimal and safe manner. Specific responsibilities include :
- To ensure that Standard Operating Procedures/Conditions are properly Maintained & Implemented.
- Ensuring maintenance of Safety Standard / Practices by regular interaction with personnel at the time of job execution.
- Ensuring effective training & validation of plant personnel for its smooth functioning.
- Plan for major shutdown / turnaround maintenance, process cleaning activities & implement in consultation with Maintenance / CES / CTS
- To ensure the upkeep of equipment by effective co-ordination with the maintenance team.
- Monitoring, prompt decision making and taking remedial measures to achieve production targets by ensuring optimal use of various inputs into the process.
- To ensure that the fire protection systems are in good condition in the plant.
- Ensure that the interlocks checking are done periodically.
- Ensure availability of PSVs & TSVs as per schedule for preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that all the documents related to Plant Safety Systems are updated regularly.
- Ensure maintenance of BSC checklists as per schedules.
- To ensure operating parameters within defined limits and to take prompt & timely decisions when they are out of limits and ensure product quality.
- To analyze customer complaints if any and address the root causes to ensure zero complaint.
- Provide technical inputs, guidance, training, sharing of experience/ideas and by motivation.
- Adequate participation in their concerns and drawing joint action plan to mitigate the problems.
- Building team spirit and providing technical inputs to team and guiding them on solution of recurring problems.
- To initiate, mentor and implement the findings of the six sigma projects.
- To ensure risk assessment, task based risk assessment and adhering to all the safety norms while executing the jobs.
- Ensuring statutory certifications of the facilities required for running the plant smoothly.
- To carry RESOP audits and contractor field audits and implement the RESOP observations to ensure safe working.
- To implement, monitor & ensure Audit for PSM elements in the plant.
- Ensure implementation of various Capex projects & MOCs, 5s, Dupont safety resources. Integrated materials management system, project health check, work management in the plant from planning to execution.
- Planning for jobs to be taken in shutdown.
- Co-ordination with Engineering & Maintenance Department for shutdown related activities and ensure completion of jobs in time.
- To sure proper Monitoring of raw materials consumption and proper & sound analysis in case of deviation.
- To ensure all the procedures of IMS (QMS, EMS & OHSAS) and ensure adherence to current practices.
Requirements :
- Ideal candidates will be engineering graduates from premier institutes with at least 20 years of experience in operations and engineering of large and complex petrochemicals plants.
- They should have in-depth knowledge and expertise in global best practices, world-class systems, models, tools and techniques. They should be familiar with leading large teams of technical and operations professionals.
- Strong Leadership, Analytical, Planning & Execution, Communication, Interpersonal and Conflict Resolution skills will be essential for success in this role.
